About Science and about Anniversary

Summary/Abstract: On the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the magazine "Bulgarian Ethnology", the editorial board is preparing a commemorative booklet to his mark. We have prepared sample questions, answers to which would make a recapitulation and outline prospects for the development of modern European and in particular the Bulgarian ethnology in our complicated time of development and validation of new scientific paradigms. We have addressed these questions to prominent local and foreign scholars from the field of humanities and social sciences, whose expertise is our long-term guide in our work. The invited participants are offered to meet the same set of questions concerning general and private institutional and scientific problems of ethnology. The questions were formulated too general, they should be seen as benchmarks for reflection on assigned topics.
