ATTRIBUTING THE PERPETRATION OF SO-CALLED FORMAL AND CONSEQUENCE CRIMES IN A STATIC SENSE

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to determine the content of the premises for attributing the perpetration of formal and consequence crimes in a static sense. In the text it is demonstrated that when examining the perpetration of formal types and consequence types in a static sense, a number of elements applied in the process of the so-called objective attribution of a consequence in the dynamic sense can be used. It is also emphasized that within formal and effectual acts in the static sense one can find specific counterparts of the so-called negative reasons for attributing a consequence in the dynamic sense.
