Summary/Abstract: This paper presents the importance of the internal control, which no doubt represents a significant part in the running activity of a heritage company. The complexity of the actual economic activity leads to the increase of the risks conditions to which the company is submitted, situation which imposed the implementing of an efficient internal control.
