Summary/Abstract: In the presented article, the author identifies and analyzes the factors of coping in the implementation of the profession of social worker. It presents examples of coping strategies that a worker in the helping professions can use in managing workload. In the empirical part, it identifies, analyzes and, based on correlation intensities, presents the relationships between individual variables and load management strategies.
