Quality Certification - Introduction. Certification of Products, Processes and Personnel

Summary/Abstract: The article presents three most important certification processes: products, processes and staff. The requirements to obtain a certificate were discussed, as well as the implementation in the enterprise. Research shows that we are looking for goods and services that are certified, which increases the attractiveness of the products and services, it affects the trust of customers. According to the article employees are the most valuable asset of an organization, having a certificate improves employee’s performance. It increases quality and confirms the skills to achieve the intended results of the company. Certificate shows also ability to sustainable development.
