Summary/Abstract: The correlation between patients' personal perceptions of their health and well-being, and the potential for recovery has gained importunate for evaluating services provided by health organizations. Community-based home hospitalization (CBHH) is a new approach to hospitalization in the Israeli health system. We conducted a cross-sectional survey to examine the perceived well-being among 91 CBHH patients (mean age 65.2 years, 54.9% women) in Israel.
