A new dimension was acquired by this desideratum stipulated in the RM-EU Association Agreement in the conditions of the current pandemic of COVID-19, when the entire security system has been put to the test, undermining the foundations of a good functioning of human society both at the World scale, as well as in the Republic of Moldova.
