Summary/Abstract: Greeting cards are a form of addressing words of praise for a success, a wish made on the occasion of an anniversary or a special event. And during the communist period, greeting cards were a form of expression of emotions and moods. However, the widespread use of this correspondence turned it into a subtle means of communist propaganda, by blurring the religious message and transferring it only to religious institutions. If not always through illustrations, but certainly through the messages sent between correspondents, the congratulations managed to keep the religious spirit of the holidays even during the communist period.
