Summary/Abstract: The article focuses on the consequences of the current crisis related to the coronavirus pandemic, which can be perceived as a radical danger, not only because it poses a deadly threat, but also largely due to the fact that it is uncertain in its scope, duration, methods of attack and means of defense. For the human psyche, this is the most threatening combination - an external danger, with a vaguely defined form that opens up space for imaginary scenarios. This inevitably affects every area of our lives, including the public one, in the face of public administration
