Summary/Abstract: In June 2022, several legislative acts were published in the Official Journal, among which we mention: GEO no. 80/2022 on the regulation of certain measures in the field of employment in the budgetary sector and GEO no. 85/2022 on the modification and completion of certain regulatory acts in the field of taxation and custom. Moreover, in June, several legislative acts were amended, among which: Criminal Code; Decision of the Plenary of the SCM no. 181/2007 approving the Regulation on the organisation and conduct of the competition or examination for final appointment, promotion to higher professional grades or steps, or from the position of clerk with secondary education to that of clerk with higher education, within the same court or the same prosecutor's office, as well as in executive positions of specialised auxiliary staff in higher courts and prosecutor's offices; Code of Civil Procedure; Code of Criminal Procedure; GO no. 6/2019 on the establishment of certain tax incentives, Law no. 86/2006 on the Romanian Customs Code, Tax Code; GD no. 123/2002 on the approval of the methodological rules for the application of Law no. 544/2001 on free access to information of public interest; Rules of internal order of the courts, approved by Decision of the Plenary of the Superior Council of Magistracy no. 1.375/2015; GEO no. 31/2011 on the prohibition of the purchase of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and their alloys from individuals.
