Summary/Abstract: The educational system of our time, together with its elements, needs to perform its functions in new educational realities and at the same time to fulfill all obligations and responsibilities arising from the Law on Preschool and School Education and through an integrated approach to achieve results meeting European and international requirements.legislation in the field of education. In conditions of a changed concept of the pedagogical interaction in the educational system, the pedagogical specialists need to take into account the change of the needs, skills, motivation of the participants in the process of education and training, as well as the need to change the educational environment itself. A real catalyst for the effectiveness of this process is the system of attestation assessment of teachers and all employees in the education system. The personalities of the pedagogical specialists are considered in a new perspective, requiring a set of functions through which to effectively realize the professional pedagogical activity. The need to realize interactions at different levels obliges teachers to have a set of professional competencies. Undoubtedly, a correlation has been proven between the quality of pedagogical training of teachers and the quality of the educational system in Bulgaria. In the context of the development of the Law on Preschool and School Education and in view of the dynamic development of the educational systems in Europe and the world, the role of the system of attestation assessment of pedagogical specialists is increasingly relevant, as well as the need to introduce new models for attestation assessment. in the education system.
