Summary/Abstract: The Pandemic COVID-19, in constant review due to its social, economic, and health effects, remains in this era of Globalization and, together with Telework, will be a direct reference due to family confinement that has been combined with office jobs - home. Telework adapts to the business environment and requirements, developing work activities from home. This study presents the reforms that some States have updated regarding their respective legal orders that regulate Telework, in a similar way the contributions that international agencies and organizations issue in relation to the legal-regulatory update of Telework are analyzed.
