Summary/Abstract: The paper gives us detailed description of establishing and work of Institute for Bosniaks studies library BZK “Preporod” in Sarajevo, on the occasion of twenty years of its existence. The library has established at the beginning of 1992 with an aim to support scientific-research projects based in „Preporod”. From the beginning of the library’s activities, thanks to the fact that its organization and work has been established on library standards and norms, the library today has all references that make it modern and well organized. It has authors’ catalogue, professional UDC catalogue and computerized online catalogue that can be searched at www.preporod.ba, “Preporod” website. The bibliographical units in library have been used in the reading room for free and can be used by collaborators of “Preporod” projects, PhD students, postgraduates, students, researchers and others. The library also functions as “Preporod” bibliographical centre where the data have been regularly collected about all “Preporod” issues.
