Summary/Abstract: The E-learning system can replace "face-to-face" courses in teaching and learning foreign languages. The didactic materials – textbooks, presentation materials, etc. presented by teachers in the context of the E-learning training program are well organized, prepared and effective. It is easier to learn another language nowadays, with the appearance of applications. We can facilitate the improvement of oral communication skills and not just the acquisition of grammar and vocabulary knowledge. Teachers use different platforms (E-learning) including in face-to-face courses as a complementary solution (for the projection of a video document, for completing a questionnaire, etc.) in the process of teaching foreign languages.
