Summary/Abstract: Carrying out the criminal investigation involves a sustained approach, carried out on the one hand by the prosecutor, and on the other hand by the police authorities. In his role as the central pillar of the criminal investigation, the prosecutor has in mind that the criminal investigation documents are carried out in compliance with the principle of legality, meaning that he can proceed to draw them up either personally or by delegating the police bodies. This paper therefore analyzes the institution of delegation, viewed both as a criminal procedural institution and as a way of working between the actors involved in the criminal process, for the resolution of the case under optimal conditions.
