Questionnaire on legal education

Summary/Abstract: The material deals with answers to several questions asked in relation to legal education. Issues such as the need for legal education in pre-university education, how to draw up curricula in university education, the teaching and examination system and proposals for improvement in this area are addressed. In this regard, it is suggested to introduce an optional writing course, which would teach law students to draft letters, addresses, e-mails to professors, up to writing an outline for a small paper, maybe even an article.
