Libraries as a place of contact of the old and new, tradition and contemporary

Summary/Abstract: There is an attempt in effort to show how libraries are both hereditary and information sciences institutions. Relationship of these two functions is being considered in detail helped by library typology, users need, environment and working conditions. The most part of cultural and science BH heritage is still unvisible and insufficiently accessable. New technologies have a power to draw out valuable resources from the darkness of vault, make them available and place at everyone's disposal.
