Computer killed librarian: using of emails in academic and public libraries of B&H

Summary/Abstract: There is a wish to answer users information demands and brought about greater virtual communication in information institutions. It's a special case with email that has existed since 1980. Many outlandish investigations illustrated virtual communication and its use is rational, with special usage of electronic post service, but there isn't clear how it is in B&H. This paper used qualitative and quantitative analysis used during investigating in academic and public libraries (specially referral service) and it will try to answer how email be used by librarians (how much librarians use this way of communication).Results will be considered from the attitude of librarians information literacy.
