The right to virtual life

Summary/Abstract: In the context of accelerated digitization and increased use of the Internet, the issue of human rights remains more relevant than ever. In fact, the virtual space is a parallel environment, which has led to a migration of human activities, as well as of human rights and fundamental freedoms with the consequence of a new challenge in their interpretation and application. In this context, we must ask ourselves: is there an identity between the human rights that we exercise in physical reality and the rights that we enjoy in the virtual space? And, in the light of this dilemma, could we admit the existence of a right to virtual life?
