Summary/Abstract: In February 2023, several legislative acts were published in the Official Journal, among which we mention: Order of the general manager of the National Agency for Cadastre and Real Estate Publicity no. 600/2023 approving the Regulation on the reception and registration in the cadastre and land registers; GEO no. 4/2023 on the establishment of certain measures for the refund of certain social health insurance contributions; ECHR judgment of 3 May 2022 in the case A.O. and H.O. v. Romania (Application No 1.455/20); GD No 144/2023 to amend Annexes 1 and 2 to the National Road Safety Strategy for the period 2022-2030, approved by GD No 682/2022. A number of other regulations were also amended in February, including:Regulation implementing GEO 195/2002 on public road traffic; GEO 166/2022 on measures to grant support to vulnerable groups of people to compensate for the price of energy, supported in part by non-reimbursable external funds; Tax Procedure Code; GEO. No 97/2005 on the registration, domicile, residence and identity documents of Romanian citizens; Classification of occupations in Romania - occupation level (six characters), approved by Order of the Minister of Labour, Family and Social Protection and of the President of the National Institute of Statistics No 1.832/856/2011. Not least, in the Official Gazette of February was also published the ECHR judgment of 16 February 2021 in the case of B. v. Romania (Application No. 22.003/12).
