Summary/Abstract: This article is a short biography of the writer Dinu Pillat. Its first aim is to highlight the main biographical aspects that made Dinu Pillat a true “class enemy” and brought him to the spotlight of the Communist “Securitate” since 1954. The article also brings forward the deeds attributed by the judicial authorities of that time to Dinu Pillat, who was arrested on the 25th of March 1959 on charges of “treason against the homeland” and “conspiracy against the social order”.
