Summary/Abstract: The present study aimed to analyze the way in which the liberality imputation operation takes place. The liberality imputation is the operation of framing the value of each liberality in the part of the inheritance with which it must be compared : inheritance reserve or the available quota of the inheritance. We will present the applicable rules depending on the category of beneficiaries of liberality, as well as the exceptions to those rules.
