Summary/Abstract: The article deals with two new criminal measures – house arrest and prohibition of entrance to sporty, cultural and another social events. These diversified the system of criminal measures from 1. 1. 2010. The goal of this article is determination whether these criminal measures are involved in fulfilling of purpose of The Juvenile Justice Act based on conception of restorative justice.
