Summary/Abstract: This study is at the intersection of Communication, with Psychology and Sociology. Applying the meta-analytical method and the comparative method in triangulation, our research puts negotiation and bargaining in the process of reaching an agreement; it also seeks to clarify the status of science or art of concern and the field of knowledge that has as its object the description, explanation and functioning of the activities of reaching an agreement.
