Summary/Abstract: The credit plays an important role in the market economy, being an important factor of economic growth. The credit is one of the main drivers of the entire economic and social mechanism. The credit involves the availability of liquid funds for current activities. At the same time as the economic and social development, the role and extent of loans increased and became a particularly important economic activity.
