Summary/Abstract: The article concerns on the interference of remote study and home life in the COVID-19 pandemic. The considerations are based on a survey conducted among students of the University of Opole at the turn of 2020 and 2021. The authors analyze the practices and tactics used by stu- dents to manage new, sometimes conflicting duties and activities. In a broader context, reflection is taken on the changes in the essence of domesticity introduced by remote learning.
