Summary/Abstract: This article presents a theoretical reflection on the proposal to amend the Constitution of the Republic of Poland undertaken by Law and Justice. It analyses the postulates for a radical, comprehensive change to the constitution presented in the party’s programme documents, as well as in the twice-ambitious drafts of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland prepared by the Law and Justice party.
