Summary/Abstract: This study represent a personal view on condition of employers and experts in libraries, in the base of personal experience of author, as a librarian and a manager in library. A library without a quality staff can not grow on. A question is how to organize a work and development with uncompetent staff? A real situation an development needs of libraries. Influence of politics in sellection of staff and employment. How to motivate and give a prize to employers in a situation when you can not pay extra money for their work. A conflict on the relation users - employee,employee - employee, employee - director and how to het over this conflict? A skill of businesscommunicatin and how to get it? A personality of director/manager in creation and organisation of cultural environment in library.
