The Coexistence of Management Conceptions and Methods in View of empirical Research

Summary/Abstract: In the paper the results of empirical research on the coexistence of management conceptions and methods were presented (13 selected conceptions and methods were analysed). In the first part of the paper the theoretical views on the nature of the relationship that may exist between the management conceptions and methods were discussed. The business effects of the coexistence of pairs of conceptions and methods were investigated to identify the type of relationship between specified conceptions/ methods. The scope of the coexistence of conceptions and methods in surveyed organizations was presented.
