Summary/Abstract: Provisions listed in art. 131 para. (4) and (6) of the Internal Order Regulation of the Prosecutor's Offices, according to which "in the event of the absence or impossibility of exercising the function simultaneously by the first prosecutor and his deputy or deputies, to the extent that this function is provided for, the management of the prosecutor's office will be ensured, in the order established by the order of the chief prosecutor of the prosecutor's office attached to the court or, as the case may be, of the superior hierarchical leader, by the prosecutors with other management functions within the respective prosecutor's office attached to the court, who take over the administrative duties specific to this functions", are inapplicable because, in reality, there is no prosecutor's office of this level that has other management positions in its organizational chart, apart from those of the first prosecutor and deputy first prosecutor.
