Summary/Abstract: In this paper we will discuss prohibitions in Islam, in particular the application of basic principles of halal and haram in Islam on various aspects of sociability. The focus in this paper is on the issues of coverage believers, transformation partner and family relationships, more precisely, on the issues of compatibility or incompatibility of Islam with the new concepts of intimacy as well as the use of new reproductive technologies. We therefore analyse the degree of divergence between Islamic rules and Western practices using specific examples.
