Summary/Abstract: The tasks assigned to the police formations during operations against civilians participating inmass events are aimed at restoring and maintaining order. During large-scale operations, in orderto restore order in an area of crowding, civil servants from the Ministry of the Interior with policepowers carrying out security activities created a zone for stopping and dispersing the crowd and apatrol zone. They can also use security forces in the area or reserve. The successful implementation of police operations depends on planning, overall training, adequate intelligence, a good tactical plan for the operation, coordinated actions of police forces and the confident leadership of commanders.
