Summary/Abstract: LipDub - A New Trend in Public Relations in the New Media Abstract: Media relations, which are one of the most important areas of PR, are nowadays used as a tool in order to gain political influence and for businesses a market position. That is why most specialists seek new methods to beat the competition. The rising popularity of the new media, especially video portals, have given birth to a new PR technique – the LipDub. This article is the first attempt to describe this interesting phenomenon, which is one example of the socalled “Web culture 2.0”.
