Summary/Abstract: The following paper explores the bibliography concerning the teaching of I.P. Pavlov about the structure and the functioning of the human superior nervous system, which was transferred in Romania from USSR, starting from 1950. Then, a short description of the main ideas of scientific contribution of I.P. Pavlov and his school was made. The last sequence of the article is dedicated to presentation of a book (translated into Romanian in 1954), authored by the Bulgarian communist philosopher, Asen Kiselinchev, which explain, from a Marxist-Leninist perspective, the link between the Marxist Reflection theory and the activity of the superior nervous system, according to Pavlov.
