Summary/Abstract: Organizational psychology examines the link between organizational justice and behaviors of organizational citizenship. This link has not, in our view, been established in the social context. This is our goal. The hypothesis is that the manifestation of social behavior depends on the perceived justice of citizens. A 43 items questionnaire adapted to everyday life was administered to 269 men and women: 21 items of organizational justice (Colquitt, 2001), 16 of organizational citizenship (Charbonnier, Silva & Roussel, 2007) to which we added six items of deviance for the occasion. The results show that social justice does influence social behavior.
