Possibility of exercising deputy powers under Article 19 para. 1 of the Act on the Exercise of the Mandate of a Deputy or Senator in relation to the Foundation for the Development of the Education System

Summary/Abstract: The author presents the groups of entities subject to the so-called Deputies’ oversight and concludes that the Foundation for the Development of the Education System, which was established by the State Treasury, does not belong to any of them. Accordingly, in the author’s opinion, a Deputy may not perform the control activities indicated in the provision in relation to this entity.
