Summary/Abstract: Changes in the educational policy naturally lead to a change in the way of work and organization of the learning process by educators at all levels of education. The challenges for pedagogical specialists in the conditions of dynamic changes in educational policy are not to be underestimated. It is necessary for teachers to constantly increase their competences and skills, to search for and apply new approaches and innovative methods in order to adequately respond to the challenges and expectations from them. In the conditions of inclusive education, pedagogical specialists must feel confident, motivated and sufficiently prepared to work with children with special educational needs.
