Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the article is to analyze the issue of withholding deadlines for action by the Financial Supervisory Commission in the framework of supervision exercised on the financial market under Article 31za of the Law of March 2, 2020 on Special Solutions for Preventing, Countering and Combating COVID-19, Other Communicable Diseases and Crises Caused by Them. The article focuses on the interpretive doubts that have arisen in case law and the effects of the regulation on legal certainty.
