Summary/Abstract: Muammar Gaddafi, who came to power in a military coup in 1969, ruled Libya for 42 years until he was killed in the Civil War in 2011. Libya, which had its share of the Arab Spring, was dragged into internal turmoil after Gaddafi and the country was divided and ruled by different groups. The aim of this study is to deal with the intrastate conflict in Libya in general terms within the framework of the Strategic-Dialogue model, which is one of the conflict analysis models. One of the important conclusions of the study is that the solution to the problems in the country passes through a single, internationally recognized, legitimate government.
