Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article is to identify the problems that migrants generate when they bring with them the past and internal unrest from their home country, their common unregulated political and religious relations in their own environment, traditions and social values to the so-called destination country. The study begins by outlining the situation of Kurds in Turkey, from the beginning of the establishment of the Turkish Republic to the present. The article presents the history, functioning and treatment of Kurds as a national minority in Germany and where and who is the cause of the feeling of lack of freedom. and your dream room. The way in which nationalism was shaped was presented and Turkish state ideology. It will also show how these actions strengthened the Kurdish sense of separateness and Kurdish nationalism, creating separatist sentiments among the Kurds. We will also analyze how the ongoing confl ict between the Turkish legal system and the Kurdish identity and the resulting ideological and armed violence led to the mass migration of Turks and Kurds to Germany. As part of the research process, research methods were used to determine the scale of the problem of the essence of the Turkish-Kurdish migration confl ict, such as analysis of literature, domestic and foreign research reports, reliable Internet sources, as well as synthesis and conclusions based mainly on the authors’ own interpretation.
