Summary/Abstract: Youval Noah Harrari in one of the interviews for the Economist said that the greatest political and moral achievement of humanity was the cessation of wars. Now that achieve ment is not only threatened, but entirely lost. Recent events in the world show that as a civilization we are heading, with full awareness, to annihilate ourselves. The awareness of the confl icts, wars, cataclysms and infi nite pandemic taking place around causes, or at least in my opinion should cause, a special perception of everyday life, ordinary activities and activities that today take on a completely diff erent dimension and meaning. This reception of everyday life awakens especially in the face of relations with people who escaped the horrors of war, it is all the more powerful at the moment of direct contact with the nightmare unfolding beyond our eastern border. The presented material is based on my own experience of working as part of the implementation of individual integration programs with refugees from Ukraine, Belarus and other countries where human rights are violated, there are armed confl icts or authoritarian governments.
