Summary/Abstract: Aim: This study was conducted to examine the relationships between in-service training attitudes and job satisfaction levels of personnel working in health institutions. Method: The research was conducted on 412 people selected according to the stratified sampling method among 11974 personnel working at Hospital X. The data was collected through a survey form including an introductory information form, in-service training scale and job satisfaction scale. SPSS 26 program was used for descriptive statistics, Kruskall Wallis Test, Independent Sample t Test, Pearson Correlation Analysis and Regression analyses, and AMOS 26 program was used for Confirmatory Factor Analysis. Findings: It was determined that physicians' in-service training attitudes were at a lower level than nurses and workers. It has been determined that the job satisfaction levels of physicians and nurses are lower than the job satisfaction levels of other healthcare personnel and workers. It was found that there was a weak and significant relationship between the participants' in-service training attitudes and job satisfaction. It was concluded that a 1-unit increase in the participants' in-service training attitudes increased job satisfaction by 0.305 units. Conclusion: As a result, the level of relationship between in-service training attitude and job satisfaction was found to be weak, but it is thought that keeping in-service training programs up-to-date and planning them to meet the expectations of personnel working in different fields will further increase job satisfaction levels.
