Summary/Abstract: The perception of abusive management, which emerges in the communication process between employees and managers and is thought to reduce organisational performance, is currently a complex process that needs to be explained. This study aims to develop an understanding of abusive management perception, burnout and turnover intention from the perspective of hospitality employees. In this study, in which the data collected from 462 employees working in four- and five-star hotels in Ankara province during the period of April 2020-2021 within the scope of the questionnaire technique were analysed, it was seen that the burnout status of accommodation employees was shaped in the sub-dimensions of emotional exhaustion, depersonalisation and diminished personal accomplishment. It was determined that there is a low-level significant relationship between the perception of abusive managers and burnout and turnover intentions of the employees. Keywords: Abusive Management Perception, Burnout, Intention to Leave, Accommodation Establishments
