Summary/Abstract: The article is dedicated to a series of war reports from Ethiopia published between 1935 and 1936 in one of the most important Polish newspapers, Gazeta Polska. Although the author was one of the most prolific and respected Polish reporters, his text was never published in book form for various reasons. However, it deserves to be remembered, not least because it stands out from other Polish reports of this war. The author had the opportunity to participate in the events of both sides of the conflict, which enriched his perception of the reality described and led to the evolution of his opinions from objectivity to clear pro-Italian sympathies.
