Summary/Abstract: In the mid 1950ties, Yugoslavia was at the turning point in defining of its econmic priorities. Current developments of the political and economical relations with states of the Third World, improved the expectations and optimism of the Tito and his Government. The expectations were that the ecoonimcal cooperationa and exportto those new liberated states will improve and stabilize the Yugoslavian economical position on the global scene. Those visions turned out to be the illusions, since it improved partially the Yugoslav economical growth, but it did not solved out a problem of the Yugoslavia's access to the world economical streams. The part Europe and US in the whole of the Yugoslavia's economical and finnacial exchange was over 78%, while the remainig 20% were matched by the Thrild World. Although improving the political relationship with the nonaligned world, Yugoslavia remained tied with the Europe and America in economical, financial and technological ways. The Yugoslav "escape" from the Europe, was unssucesfull.
