Summary/Abstract: The author examines the theoretical and methodological approaches to the assessment of the mechanism of business structures formation at the present stage and their role in enhancing competitiveness in synergy. The author analyzed the influence of factors internal and external environment on their innovativeness and justified organizational and managerial measures to strengthen innovative capacity of business structures to ensure their effective functioning.
