Summary/Abstract: The article covers the substance and peculiarities description of clusters synergetic effect, determines theoretical approaches to scientific definition of such catagories as «synergy » snd «cluster».As a result, author’s definition of «clusters synergy» has been proposed.The basic characteristics of the cluster concept are presented for the further usage in national strategy
