HIERARCHY OF LONG AND MIDDLE TERM PLANNING DOCUMENTATION IN LOCAL SELF-GOVERNMENTS OF SMALL AND MIDDLE CITIES

Summary/Abstract: The legislative base and practices of long and middle term planning documentation on the development creation of small and middle cities are analyzed; the ways of documentation harmonization and ensuring of its execution are suggested in the article. The hierarchy of long and middle term planning documentation in local self-governments of small and middle cities is suggested on the basis of the essence analysis of the documents that regulate middle and long term development of such cities
