Summary/Abstract: The National and University Library of Bosnia and Herzegovina is a member of several international associations and organizations, besides them the most important is membership in IFLA (The International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions), CENL (Conference of European National Librarians) i LIBER (The Ligue des Bibliothèques Européennes de Recherche). In 2008 those associations held their annual conferences, on behalf of NULB&H dr. Ismet Ovčina, director of this Libray, have participated at this conferences.
