Summary/Abstract: The work satisfaction theories, admit the possibility of the individual differences or concentrate on them. These theories concentrate on some things like fulfilling the needs, the value of the fitting, the perception of the equity, moulding the behaviour and the attribution style. Each one suggests an intermediary process, usually the comparison between the variable of the individual difference and the subjective satisfaction experience. The social critics, often have presented the work’s factors in a grey light. In fact, seen as a whole, the workers ar not satisfied nor caustic about the work. On the ensemble, most of people rapport they are satisfied with their work, but the answers to other questions from the large amount of research realized on this matter, show a different perspective.
